Finding Your Edge: Optimizing Sports Performance" Online Course Next Level Sports Medicine (BOC AP#: P12191) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers (ATs) and by APTA Arizona (CEUL139673) for Physical Therapists (PTs). This program is eligible for a maximum of (4) Category A hours/CEUs. Learning Objective: Analyze the impact of sleep on athletic performance and recovery in young athletes, and develop strategies to promote optimal sleep hygiene.
